.......Our Strategy
We will develop a Discipleship Model based on the Personal Growth Plan. This plan uses the model of the Oak Tree with four parts:

The Roots: Our Belief
The Trunk: Our Growth
The Branches: Our Service
The Fruit: Our Multiplication

Each of these areas have biblically based guides for one to grow in their personal relationship with Jesus. These guides are primarily implemented through cell groups and include learning, serving and caring for others, reaching people for Christ, fellowship and fun, and worshiping God. To support these guides, teams of people provide leadership, facilitation, and support. To aid in this implementation, a strategically located facility is necessary to provide a base of operation and accessibility to the region.

The Oaks Baptist Church is an autonomous body. Through a partnership with these organizations we are able to expand the reach of Christ love to those around our City, State, Nation, and World.
